Prayer is a conversation with God. We speak to God, but more importantly, God wants to speak to our hearts, as to Moses. This retreat will focus on ways in which God can communicate the divine Self, will and Word to us in ordinary ways as well as in charismatic ways. We will survey different ways of prayer such as the Prayer of Jesus, Lectio Divina, intercession, thanksgiving, praise, adoration, contemplation…
