Our next outing on Wednesday 7th March is to Thurles. There we will have a talk on the effects of the Famine in the Thurles area – entry fee € and visit the GAA Museum – entry fee €4. Both of these are optional. We will meet at the LUAS Terminus beside Rua Red at 8.45am and go to Heuston Station for the 10am Train to Cork.
