Christian Meditation Ireland are organising an Essential Teaching Weekend this coming March.  Essential Teaching Weekends are designed to strengthen the practice of Meditation for anyone who has been meditating for a year or more.  The weekend is an experience of community living and provides an opportunity to discuss any and all the elements of this ancient prayer practice.

The programme followed for the weekend is an internationally recognised program and will give the participants all the skills necessary to start a meditation group and lead that group.

Core elements of meditation including The History of the Tradition: The Essential Teaching and Stages on the Journey will be covered.  Early booking is important to facilitate the organisation of the weekend.
