Reopening of our Church for Mass

Reopening of our Church for Mass

by Robert Regula / Sunday, 29 November 2020 / Published in Parish Notices

Even though we will be at Level 3 in terms of the Coronavirus Restritions from Tuesday, 1st December, we have permission to reopen our Church for the celebration of Public Masses. From Tuesday, the times of the Masses on weekdays will be the same as after the first lockdown, i.e., 8.00am, 10.00am and 1.00pm; 8.00am and 10.00am on Saturdays. On Sunday next, the times of the Masses will be as follows: Vigil Mass on Saturday at 7.30pm; Masses on Sunday at 8.00am, 10.00am, 12.00noon and 6.00pm. Mass in Polish on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of December at 4.30pm. The reason for the changes is that we have to allow one hour between the ending of one Mass and the beginning of the next one. This is to facilitate cleaning and ventilation, and to avoid congregations overlapping.
