We have planned a day in which you can relax and try your hand at several restful healing activities. Come and sample some of the programmes we offer: Mindfulness, Zen, Potter, Circle Dance, ‘Mystics made simple’, etc.
Holistic treatments also available on the day with prior bookings.
Cost: €15 (refreshments supplied; holistic treatment extra)

Arriving for 8-9pm sitting: 4 sessions during day, each of two 25 minute periods, with 10 min kinhin between: two periods of teaching. [Cost €50] [Option of sitting only €20] bring packed lunch; tea/coffee/soup provided.
