Towards Higher Consciousness 7 Day Yoga Retreat: By now a good number of people in Ireland are doing yogic type of meditation..This 7 days retreat is arranged for such people to go deeper in their meditation,and clarify the doubts and confusions with regard to meditation and Christian practice.We may have an hour for yoga stretches, 4 meditations a day about an hour each;, an hour of input talk;,deep relaxation, Arati, bhajan singing, some chants, mindfulness through out the day; satsangh - a time to share one's experiences and clarify doubtsRegistration 4pm 4th June, Ends Lunchtime 11th June. (6-7 Hours meditation daily) for those experienced in meditation. Swami Sharanananda Reverend Korko Moses, SJ, is a Jesuit priest living in India. A spiritual guide, he teaches contemplative practices of meditation and yoga, and founded Dhyanavanam, an Ashram inspired by Christian & Eastern spiritual traditions.He teaches and leads retreats, and has worked as a counsellor and spiritual guide to alcoholics and drug addicts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India, and offers spiritual guidance at the five L’Arche communities in India.
